Following the dismissal of Michel Der Zakarian, the Breton team’s sporting director Grégory Lorenzi is looking to take his time with regard to his search for a successor. As a result, the current interim trio of Julien Lachuer, Bruno Grougi and Yvan Bourgis are expected to remain in the position until the World Cup, at least.

Camara is an option, and has never hidden his desire to take on a role with a senior team, but it appears unlikely he would leave the capital midway through the season. No contacts have been initiated for Huard.

Meanwhile, some at Brest are hoping to bring in a more experienced manager, with Jocelyn Gourvennec, who was at Lille last season and saw success with fellow Breton team Guingamp, having been brought up as a potential candidate.
