BUFFALO GROVE, IL — Does anyone know a married couple named Idee and Ben? If so, the Lake County Clerk’s Office may have their wedding band.

Juan Lopez, technical director of the Lake County Clerk’s Office, tells Patch the wedding band was found on Election Day, Nov. 8, 2022, at the Willow Grove Learning Center, 777 Checker Drive, Buffalo Grove. The band has the names Idee and Ben, along with a wedding date inscribed on the ring.

“We have been unsuccessful in locating the owner through our voter registration database and our marriage license information,” Lopez said. “The marriage likely did not take place in Lake County.”
