TREDYFFRIN, PA —A 56-year-old Wayne dentist was arrested on a charge of indecent assault of a patient during a Jan. 3 dental checkup.
The victim said that during an emergency visit, Dr. James Godorecci fondled her breasts without her consent.
Godorecci, of Main Line Dental Aesthetics, is free on $25,000 bail after being arraigned before District Judge Lauren Holt in Wayne on charges of indecent assault and harassment.

Holt ordered Godorecci to have no contact with the alleged victim and to report the arrest to the state Board of Dentistry.
Tredyffrin police are conducting an investigation.
