Around 6:30 p.m., troopers were sent to Route 12 for a report of a driver striking a bicyclist. The driver was identified as Kathlean Kokoszka, 50, of Jaffrey, who was driving a Subaru Impreza. After an investigation, she was charged with driving under the influence.

Kokoszka was released on personal recognizance and is due in Keene District Court on Feb. 21.

The bicyclist, a man, was taken to Cheshire Medical Center with minor injuries.

John Layton, 56, of Wakefield, Massachusetts, was arrested at 2:04 p.m. on Jan. 21 on driving under the influence, reckless operation, and possession of a controlled drug charges as well as a yellow-solid line violation in Portsmouth.

Stephen David Pease, 20, of North Andover, MA, was arrested at 3:39 a.m. on Jan. 21 on driving under the influence and DUI-second offense charges in Madbury.

Angela Marie Sprowl, 41, of Somersworth was arrested on a bench warrant at 10:33 p.m. on Jan. 20. Also arrested was Jason M. Pomeroy, 30, of Somersworth on a warrant. They were arrested in Somersworth.

Kirsten A. Engebretson, 39, of Kittery, Maine, was arrested at 9:51 p.m. on Jan. 20 on driving under the influence and DUI-second offense charges in Portsmouth.

Jacob Christopher Marden, 22, of Loudon was arrested at 2:07 a.m. on Jan. 20 on aggravated driving under the influence-0.16-plus and DUI charges as well as a tail lamp and reflectors violation on Portsmouth.

Jason R. McAvoy, 42, of Milton was arrested on a bench warrant at 8:33 p.m. on Jan. 18 in Milton.

Michelle E. McKinnon, 37, of Seabrook was arrested at 11:45 a.m. on Jan. 18 on driving after revocation or suspension and motor vehicle not equipped with an alcohol interlock device charges as well as an uninspected vehicle violation in Seabrook.

Kevin G. Harston, 50, of Weare was arrested at 2:22 a.m. on Jan. 18 on driving under the influence and conduct after an accident charges as well as a yellow-solid line violation in Candia.

Ryan J. Vasconcelos, 30, of Reidsville, North Carolina, was arrested at 5:40 p.m. on Jan. 20 on driving after revocation or suspension and driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charges after an incident in Manchester.
