The Reds could extend their lead atop of Group C with a win over Red Star when they travel to Serbia on Tuesday in the Champions League
Liverpool have the chance of extending their lead at the top of Group C by a greater margin when they travel to face Red Star in the Champions League on Tuesday evening.
The Reds fell to a loss away to Napoli but managed to bounce back with a 4-0 win against the Serbian side in their most recent European outing, and currently sit at the top of the group by one point.
Red Star have only managed to register one point in their Champions League group stage campaign and though their progression to the last 16 stage is unlikely, could pull an upset over the Merseyside visitors to sway the group in favour of Napoli and Paris Saint-Germain.
