NJPW has revealed the dates for the G1 Climax 33 tournament.
As announced during today's Sakura Genesis event, this year's G1 will be held in July and August.
This year's tournament will begin on Saturday, July 15 and Sunday, July 16 in Hokkaido. The semifinals will be held at Sumo Hall in Ryogoku on Saturday, August 12, with the finals set for the same building on Sunday, August 13.
The G1 returned to its traditional place on NJPW's summer calendar in 2022 after taking place in September and October the two previous years.
Kazuchika Okada has won the tournament each of the last two years, and has won the tournament a total of four times.
