New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) recently held the eleventh night of their New Japan Cup Event which is a single elimination tournament that lasts for 12 days and the winner of the said tournament will get an opportunity to face IWGP Heavyweight Champion “Switchblade” Jay White for The IWGP Heavyweight Title at The G1 Supercard Event in New York City’s Madison Square Garden on April 6th. The recent show which featured The Semifinals of the tournament emanated from The Ao-re Nagaoka in Niigata, Japan and it was headlined by “The Ace Of NJPW” Hiroshi Tanahashi taking on “Cold Skull” SANADA in a New Japan Cup Semifinals Match as the main event.
