Sami Zayn Claims Time Off Has Been A GIft

WWE Superstar, Sami Zayn has claimed that his time off wrestling due to injury has actually been a gift for him, rather than a negative. Whilst he admitted that shoulder surgery isn’t fun, he claims to see it as a gift.

Sami went on to say that time off has given him perspective about himself and the world around him, adding that honest critical reflection is so valuable.

Double shoulder surgery isn't fun, but I see the whole experience as a gift.

Time off wrestling gave me perspective, about myself and the world around me.

Honest introspection/critical reflection is SO valuable, and it costs nothing.
To heal the world, we must heal ourselves.
