According to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE has an interesting policy on the public handling of talent drug test failures. The report notes that it is company policy to make any and all drug test failure known to the public where it concerns main roster talents, however that policy does not apply to NXT and/or developmental talents.

According to a new report published by John Pollack of Post Wrestling, the Louisiana State Boxing and Wrestling Commission has issued new sanctions for WrestleMania week in-ring events in New Orleans.
Most notably, the Commission has banned blood and piledrivers, however, that ban coincides with current WWE policies.

The Commission has also required in-ring talents to undergo blood work showing negative test results for HIV and Hepatitis B and C.
All in-ring talents will be subject to ringside physicals on the day of any particular wrestling event, and in addition to an EMT being present at ringside, a Commission official will be present.
I spoke with a member of the Louisiana Boxing & Wrestling Commission today and they confirmed that blood and piledrivers are prohibited on professional wrestling shows, regarding WrestleMania Week shows in and around New Orleans – will have info in news update @POSTwrestling
