WWE Superstar Jeff Hardy will appear in court on Dec. 5th for a hearing related to his DWI from October 5th, according to PWInsider. Hardy was leaving a North Carolina liquor store when cops pulled him over, with a BAC of .25, three times the legal limit. Hardy also had a revoked driver’s license at the time.

Hardy was arrested for Public Intoxication back in July, and has a history of substance and alcohol dependency issues.
