BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Scott J. Peters, 35, of Vale Street in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, on false public alarms and exposing the public to toxic, biological, or chemical substances charges, both felonies. He was accused of setting off a smoke grenade in ASA Jewelers in Salem on Jan. 5, 2022.

Timothy Scott Pettis, 34, of Columbia Street in Portsmouth on a felony violation of a protective order-subsequent charge. He was accused of violating a Connecticut Superior Court protection order in Portsmouth after being previously convicted in Rochester District Court in January 2022.

Robert A. Pollack Jr., 64, of Main Street in Northwood on two felony stalking-domestic violence-subsequent charges. He was accused of violating a protective order in Northwood on July 28, by coming near an intimate partner’s residence. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a stalking charge in March.

Brent Reinheimer, 52, of Schley Avenue in Toms River, New Jersey, on a felony violation of a protective order-subsequent charge. Between Jan. 27 and Feb. 22, in Epping, he was accused of violating a restraining order by texting a protected party after being convicted in Brentwood District Court in April 2020.

Franklin Rodriguez Jr., 21, of Charlestown Avenue in Londonderry on driving while certified as a habitual offender and two reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving on Mammoth Road in Londonderry on Aug. 1 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV, driving 100 mph, and crossing over a double yellow line while fleeing from police.

Jacqueline Nicole Roland, 41, of Boothby Road in Limington, Maine, on possession of crack cocaine, possession of cocaine, possession of fentanyl, and possession of fentanyl with intent to dispense charges, all felonies, in Epping on May 4.

Jesus Roldan, 34, of Hildreth Street in Lowell, MA, on theft by unauthorized taking and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing between $1,000 and $1,500 worth of merchandise from Best Buy in Salem and retaining a stolen Toyota RAV4 in Salem on March 23.

Renato Sanchez Del Carpio, 38, of Ash Street in Manchester on possession of cocaine and possession of cocaine with intent to sell charges, both felonies, in Hampton on July 23.

Adam W. Searles, 35, of Broadway in Dover on receiving stolen property and criminal mischief charges, both felonies. He was accused of retaining a stolen Toyota Corolla in Epping on July 14 and spray painting the vehicle black between July 1 and July 14 in Epping.

Jaimee M. Shaffer, 39, of Washington Avenue in Portland, Maine, on possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute charges, both felonies. She was accused of acting in concert with Joseph Bowie and Richard Lahey to dispense the drugs in North Hampton on April 16, 2022.

Brandon Simmons, 36, of Causeway Street in Seabrook on a felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charge. He was accused of driving on Route 286 in Seabrook at a high rate of speed with no regard to the prevailing road conditions, swerving across lanes, and over a double yellow line on Nov. 1, 2021.

Gregg Spaulding, 57, of Crawford Avenue in Exeter on 19 possession of child sexual abuse images charges. Between Feb. 26 and June 15, he was accused of possessing the videos in Exeter. Spaulding was a former baseball and softball coach, according to published reports.
