Just prior to the Puddin Lane intersection, the driver “feinted,” which caused the Subaru to drift into the northbound lane and eventually slam into a metal guardrail, according to a crash report. The initial impact sent the car airborne and it landed on the guardrail and then caromed down a hill and into a copse of trees, according to a crash report.
The driver had to be removed from the vehicle by firefighters, but she avoided serious injury, according to a crash report.
