GLENVIEW, IL — For the last several months, local residents have been enjoying a new “retro ma and pa donut shop” on Waukegan Road. Dip and Sip Donuts opened in May and was recently celebrated by the Glenview Chamber of Commerce at a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
As Patch reported last year, the gourmet doughnut shop closed its location in Chicago’s Roscoe Village after four years. Dip and Sip Donuts is owned by Paul and Vicki Cipolla, who are residents of Glenview.

In addition to the cake doughnuts, glazes are made in-house from scratch daily and each doughnut is hand dipped. Dip and Sip also decorates to order. Custom orders are also available at 1825 Waukegan Road. Signature doughnuts at Dip and Sip include:
Dip and Sip Donuts is open 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday through Friday; 8 a.m to 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday; closed on Monday.
