Rockstar Spud Arrives on RAW
Former Impact Wrestling star Rockstar Spud made his long-awaited debut on WWE RAW this week, working under his new name Drake Maverick. He was recently announced as the general manager for the 205 Live brand, and joined the RAW commentary table during a Cruiserweight tag team match.
Maverick promised some “big surprises” during the ongoing Cruiserweight Championship tournament, which continues this Tuesday night with another series of matches. Roderick Strong will make his debut from NXT taking on Hideo Itami, while Lince Dorado faces his lucha friend Kalisto. It’s been heavily speculated that Ricochet, who was recently signed to a WWE contract, might make his debut in the tournament.
Kane Pulled From Upcoming Events
Last week on WWE RAW the “Monster Among Men” Braun Strowman literally buried Kane underneath the commentary stage in yet another one of his devastating rampages. It looks like the company is using Braun’s ruthless attack as a way to write the “Big Red Machine” off television for the next few weeks, as he’s been completely removed from all WWE events in February.

Kane is still being advertised for RAW starting with the first episode in March so he may still be a part of WrestleMania plans as we get closer to the event, but as always the card is subject to change.
