— We reported several weeks back that Shane McMahon said World Wrestling Entertainment was considering building a physical Hall of Fame. The building would honor past Hall of Fame inductees and contain wrestling memorabilia. We’re told the project is still being discussed and one of the locations being considered is the Universal Studios theme park in Orlando. Universal Studios also happens to be the home of TNA Wrestling.

— This weekend a representative of the Ultimate Warrior issued a statement saying that Warrior will be making his return to the ring after almost a decade in June. He’ll be wrestling former WWE superstar Orlando Jordan for the NWE promotion in Spain. Warrior appeared in person at yesterday’s NWE event to hype his return match. After his music hit, a video package was shown and fireworks went off. Warrior came down to the ring doing his signature poses and cleaned house. Strangely enough, he was looking more like Bob Backlund than the Ultimate Warrior – wearing a button-down shirt and suspenders.
