— PWInsider.com reports that the fine that Jeff Hardy paid for “public intoxication and impairment” was $153 and that unless he wants to contest the charges, Jeff would not be required to appear in court for this issue. The report adds that by paying the fine – which was likened to that of a parking ticket – the situation is pretty much closed and would not affect Hardy’s ability to wrestle in the city or the state.
