Last night should have been a fantastic night for wrestling fans given that the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony and the G1 Supercard were taking place at the same time. However, the evening took a turn when a fan ran in the ring and tried to attack Bret Hart while he was giving his Hall of Fame speech. Later on, former WWE Superstars Enzo Amore and Big Cass invaded the G1 Supercard event in Madison Square Garden. Bully Ray and other wrestlers attacked Enzo and Cass before they were eventually taken out of the arena. Although the Hall of Fame incident clearly was not planned, fans could not tell whether or not the Enzo and Cass situation was scripted for the G1 Supercard event when it first occurred.
Just got a text. 100% work. Was told the upper level office pushed for it despite booking team being largely against it. https://t.co/XfPUueJgpt

The G1 Supercard featured a moment which saw Enzo Amore and Big Cass arrive in MSG, but the way that it was shot and structured caused some fans to believe that they were actually invading the program. Fans largely booed Enzo and Cass when the moment happened. However, according to the Voices of Wrestling, Enzo and Cass’ invasion was absolutely part of the show. The idea to go through with the idea reportedly came from upper management while others were supposedly against it. It should be interesting to see whether or not Enzo and Cass stick with Ring of Honor for the foreseeable future. Expect to see more news and updates on this moment from the G1 Supercard as it continues to develop.
WrestleMania 35 is finally taking place tonight, but what would WrestleMania be without a couple of surprises and shocks. According to Cageside Seats, WWE does have at least one major surprise in store for fans tonight, and there may even be more than one twist during tonight’s event. The report did not specify what these surprises could be. The Undertaker and John Cena don’t have matches scheduled right now but are rumored to make appearances during the event this evening. This could also mean that one of the matches on the show tonight could have an unexpected outcome. WrestleMania 35 will be taking place in front of a record-breaking crowd at the MetLife Stadium in New Jersey in just a few more hours.
