Well, it turns out that not all holiday videos go well the first time — or even the second and third times.

The U.S. Coast Guard in Miami released a hilarious blooper reel from this season’s holiday greetings that weren’t exactly ready for prime time.

Watch the blooper reel above and then watch the real holiday video below from members of the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Robert Yered crew out of Miami Beach.

“We lost it. We’re down,” declared one Coast Guard officer after flubbing his greeting repeatedly.”
