CHESTER COUNTY, PA —Only 13 of the 657 Chester County PECO customers who lost power Thursday were still in the dark at 6 p.m.

Power went out throughout the county Thursday because of trees down and flooding, according to PECO.

PECO said crews are working to restore power Thursday night in West Goshen, Tredyffrin, East Marlborough and East Pikeland townships.
